Club Terms and Conditions

  • Feel free to customize your order with any of our available current release wines.
  • If you customize your order and there is a price difference we will charge or credit your card on file for the difference.
  • No membership fees. Cancel at any time after receiving your first two shipments with thirty days written notice.
  • Your credit card will automatically be billed and releases will be available to pick up or will be shipped directly to your home or another address depending on prior arrangements.  Your credit card will be billed twice per year two weeks ahead of the club shipment.  We will notify you of the club release date.
  • Flat rate shipping applies per case.
  • If you chose to pick up your shipments you must do so within 30 days of your card being charged or the winery will automatically ship your package to you at your expense.
  • All wines will be shipped via UPS Ground and require an adult signature (must be 21+ years old). Sorry, we cannot ship wine to P.O. Boxes.
